All bookings can be made online.  Phone and e-mail bookings are also possible. You can find the best room rates and availability on our website. The booking requires a valid credit card.

Payment can be made at check-in, with debit card or credit card. You can pay with any valid debit/credit card or cash.

Bookings made on our website, e-mail and phone can be cancelled directly by phone, e-mail or on our website via 'my bookings'. You will receive a cancellation email confirming your cancellation.

Flexible reservations can be cancelled and/or modified within the policy showing with your booking. Bookings made via other channels (Booking.com, Expedia, Easytobook, Venere, Hotels.nl, HRS etc.) than our website need to be cancelled with the channel itself. Please check your original confirmation email how to reach their customer service departments.

Non-Refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. In case of a cancellation or no-show the first night will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking. To receive an invoice for your booking please email us.

When booking on our website, your credit card details will be asked for guarantee. After the booking is confirmed, you will get the option to pre-pay for your booking. This is not obliged, and if you ignore the option, payment will automatically be requested at check-in.

At check-in, payment can be made with a debit/credit card or Maestro debit card or cash.

Mosaic Hotel offers car parking on hotel courtyard. Parking slots are limited – please, book in advance. One day costs 10 euro per car.

Mosaic Hotel is located in the very center of Riga – 11 km away from airport. There are 3 options to get to us:

  1. We are glad to offer you our transfer service – driver will wait for you at the gate in the airport and bring you direct to the hotel. It is suitable max for 4 persons. Transfer service costs 20 euro for car.

  2. Take a taxi – easy, quick and fast. Price will be around 20 euro.

  3. Use a public bus N22. Bus from airport arrives to the central station in Riga, after you can hire a taxi or walk to the hotel (20 min).

You will find soap and shampoo in all toiletries.

Our check-in policy is as follows: If you check in from 1pm onwards, the check-in is guaranteed.

When you check in from 1pm onwards you already have access to your room, free of charge.

When you check in before 1pm - check-in is offered free of charge, but is subject to availability on arrival.

Early check-in can only be arranged at check-in. It can't be guaranteed before arrival and it is not possible to pre-book early check-in.

There's always the option to store your luggage on arrival and departure day. This is a complimentary service.

Check-out is at 11am. You can request a late check-out at check-in. There's a surcharge 20 euro  to arrange a late check out. (valid till 8 pm).

You can't pre-book late checkout, this can be only be arranged at check-in. When adding the late check-out option, you will have access to your room until a later time.

Yes, we can safely store your luggage on your day of arrival and departure. For safety reasons we can't accept luggage for longer periods.

Mosaic Hotel offer a 24/7 check-in and check-out service, your booking is guaranteed until your arrival. No call or email is needed to confirm your (late) arrival.

Yes, you can find an iron and ironing board in our hotel.

The ironing room is located on the ground floor, just ask one of the Ambassadors for information.
